How it works

1. Email us at partners@usefulshed.com with your channel or site and the code you'd like (your name or handle, 2 to 32 letters, digits or dashes). No minimum audience. You get your code, your link and a Pro access code within two working days.
2. Share it. Mention the code in your video and put the link in your description, bio or newsletter: subtitles.usefulshed.com/?ref=yourcode
3. Get paid monthly by PayPal or Wise, with a statement of every sale.

How a sale is credited to you

• Your code typed at checkout, on any device, any day. Your audience types it under the prices and sees the 20% discount before they pay (20% off a pack, or off the first month of Pro). Codes do not expire while you are a partner.
• Your link, when the visitor buys in the same visit. Your code is then applied for them.

We do not put a tracking cookie on your audience's devices. That is why the code matters: say it out loud in the video, because people often watch on their phone and buy later on a computer.

What you earn

40% is paid on the amount after sales tax or VAT, which our prices include, so the amount is lower where VAT applies. One Pro subscriber who stays a year earns you up to $42.48.

What to post

Short videos sell this best: 7 to 15 seconds, your own footage, with the result in the first two seconds. Two formats that work:

• Before and after. Split screen: your clip without captions on the left, the same clip with Subtylo captions on the right. Switch the caption style once. Ask "Left or right?"
• Free vs paid. Show the free export (720p, small watermark) next to the clean 1080p one and say the real price: 10 clean exports for $7, or Pro for $9 a month. Ask "Would you pay for captions?"

Say your code out loud and put your link in the description or bio. Show what you really saw: no made-up results or reviews.

Payouts

• Monthly, in US dollars, by PayPal or Wise, once your balance reaches $25. A smaller balance carries over.
• A payment counts once our 14-day refund window has passed. Refunded or disputed payments earn nothing.
• You get a statement with every credited sale: date, plan, amount and your commission.

Rules

• Say it's a partnership. Label posts that carry your code as an ad or affiliate link (for example #ad, or TikTok's and Instagram's paid-partnership label), as the US FTC and most countries require.
• No paid search ads on the names Subtylo or Useful Shed, and no ads that look like ours.
• No spam: no unsolicited messages or comments, no posting your code on coupon sites.
• No self-referrals: your own purchases do not earn commission.
• Describe the tool truthfully. If you are unsure about a claim, ask us.

We may end a partnership that breaks these rules; commission already earned under the rules is still paid. Either side can end the partnership at any time by email.
